At Turkish Roast Coffee, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unopened and unused (coffee bags must remain sealed)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened coffee bags or perishable goods
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Sale items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, email us—we’re always happy to clarify.
Exchanges
If you’d like to try something else, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the product of your choice.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. As with all returns, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
